On 18 January, a great collaboration between School of Aerospace Engineering Universiti Sains Malaysia and Community Digital Academy, Pulau Pinang on having a unique activity that is STEM through Aerospace in our campus today. 43 students were participated in this one day program that mainly focusing on building a glider, drone demo and lab visits. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our very own designed glider, named, USM AeroGlider have reached its 304 set kits until today. Not only it is meant to be a hand throw glider, but it also provide experiences to the participants on building and assembling it from a kit. 

 

 

At the end of the day, the participants also visited our Flight Mechanic Laboratory, to have experience on Remote Control Flight Simulator and also watch and learn Autonomous Drone Flying Demonstration.
