At the School of Aerospace Engineering (SAE), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), we provide a competitive program in a conducive learning environment to produce aerospace engineering graduates who can apply and expand their knowledge and skills as professionals in relevant industries and sectors, or pursue higher degrees to develop expertise in specific areas.
Our curriculum has been designed with clear objectives and outcomes that meet the needs of the aerospace industries and other stakeholders. We employ the principle of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to consistently assess the effectiveness of our program and improve its quality to ensure that it is always aligned with the ever-changing demands of todays’ world.
Established in 1999, many of our alumni have progressed in their careers to become aerospace engineers, licensed aircraft engineers, directors and managers, entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers, and academics in industries, government sectors, and educational institutions in Malaysia and other countries.
